Cavender Castle hosted the intimate wedding ceremony of Monica and Marlon Hayes on Saturday April 12th under sunny skies and 70 degree temperatures.   The trees were beginning to bloom and love was in the air!

Monica planned the wedding for almost a year with Cavender Castle owners Cyndi and Rick Durham.   It was attended by 25 of the people that mattered the most to Monica and Marlon.   It was obvious that everyone in attendance love this couple, and loved being at their wedidng

Pastor Darren Robinson did a beautiful job officiating the wedding that featured a Unity Sand Ceremony.   Monica included her wedding colors of cobalt blue, silver and black as sand colors.   Their son (and ring bearer) Michael was part of the sand ceremony where their new family was symbolically created.  

And, of course, ring bearer Michael stole the show with his fantastic smile and youthful enthusiasm!
